Returns & Exchanges on all things FISHBUM
So you need something exchanged or returned ? Rest easy, we’ve got this!
In the case of an exchange, please make sure to specify with a note in the box what size you would like to exchange it for. Because we clearly show all of our sizing online, we ask our customers to cover the shipping costs in the case of a return.
In the box please add a note stating what size you would like it exchanged for along with a cheque for $15 for the shipping back to you.
While not required, we highly recommend you return your product via a traceable method as we are not responsible for lost in transit packages.
In the case of a return, please send the item back to us, with a quick note stating you would like a return. All items must not have been worn ( other than trying it on ). We are more than happy to return your money should you not wish to keep the item, as long as the item is in new condition.
On return items for refunds, ALL promotional material must be sent back WITH your return to receive a full refund, minus the shipping.

In the case of returns, once we have received your return, we will immediately process it and refund your money. Someone from our office will reach out and notify you that the refund has been made, so your not left guessing if it has actually happened!
